My name is Gabriel Erno and I am a California native living out my passion for helping others achieve their fitness and health goals. If the thought of working out makes you want to run a million miles away, I'll show you that exercise can be both fun and effective. If you have been training for some time and are looking to take it to the next level, my personalized workouts optimized for your needs will help you bust through your plateaus. Whether your goal is to build muscle and strength, lose fat, or simply to move better and pain free I will provide you with the best way to do it. Not only do I create tailored workouts for you based off of your personal goals, lifestyle and physiology. I will become your accountability partner. Your goal becomes mine and we will get there together.
I obtained my degree in Kinesiology (Study of Human Movement) from San Diego State University before receiving my personal trainer certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also have accumulated 3,000+ hours training a wide array of people. My clients range from young men and women seeking to maximize muscle gain and strength, middle- aged clients focused on weight loss and vitality, and older adults focused on correctional exercise and injury prevention.
We will train in a private facility equipped with the best equipment and absolutely no membership fees. After our initial assessment I will tailor a program for you that takes into account your goals, exercise history, vocation, and what you find enjoyable!
